Delivery Abroad: If devices are delivered abroad, service and spare parts requests will only be accepted by the local country representatives and not by Life Fitness Europe GmbH. Spare parts guarantee For all brands and series, there is a 6-month guarantee on all spare parts.
Facilities with Light Commercial Use: Physiotherapy practices, companies, sports clubs, small hotels, residential complexes, schools & universities.
Cosmetic Items: Fairing, housing, bezel, faceplate, overlay, end caps, battery, saddle, grips, foot straps, pedals, straps, handgrips, pads.
Cleaning & Care Instructions: Clean our equipment using cleaning methods and detergents recommended by Life Fitness in the respective operating instructions. Damage caused by defective or improper cleaning is excluded from the guarantee and warranty.
Warranty on Paintwork: 2 years, with the exception of oxidation and damage to the paintwork caused by external influences.
