LIFE FITNESS AGREES TO SELL ASSETS OF BRUNSWICK BILLIARDS

FRANKLIN PARK, Ill., Jan. 3, 2022 -- Life Fitness, the global leader in commercial fitness equipment, today announced that it signed a definitive agreement to sell the assets of Brunswick Billiards to Escalade Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of consumer sporting goods and recreational products headquartered in Evansville, Indiana.

Escalade’s purchase of the Brunswick Billiards assets is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed by the end of January.
